Rutgers Day is April 30! #blackpeoplebelike: The Importance of Black Studies in the Twenty-First Century

Rutgers Day is a free, family-friendly event in which Rutgers showcases its academics, student life, and programs for thousands of visitors in New Jersey and beyond through activities, demonstrations, exhibits, and performances. Previously exclusive to Rutgers University–New Brunswick, the festivities have extended to Rutgers University–Newark (RU-N) and Rutgers University– Camden in recognition of Rutgers’ 250th anniversary. At RU–N, programs will be located in the Norman Samuels Plaza with vendors located in the New Street Plaza. Rutgers Day is on Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and is open to the public.
